  • Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund available if you are not satisfied with our service
  • After 7 days: Refunds are not available, but you may cancel your subscription to avoid future charges

3. Custom Development Services

3.1 Project Cancellation

For custom AI and SaaS development projects, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • Before Project Start: Full refund of any payments made
  • During Development: You may cancel the project, but will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Completed Work: No refunds for completed project milestones or deliverables

3.2 Refund Policy

4. Consulting Services

4.1 Appointment Cancellations

For consulting sessions and advisory services:

  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or one-time rescheduling available
  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund available

4.2 Refund Requests

5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

For free trials and promotional offerings:

  • Free trials can be cancelled at any time during the trial period without charge
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription
  • Promotional discounts are non-refundable and cannot be combined with other offers

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Setup fees and one-time installation charges
  • Customization fees after work has commenced
  • Add-on purchases and premium features
  • Overage charges and usage-based fees
  • Third-party services integrated with our platform

6.1 Digital Services and No Physical Goods

Important Notice: Craftheon provides digital services only, including software-as-a-service (SaaS), custom software development, and consulting services. We do not sell physical products.

As such, no physical goods return policy is applicable. All services provided are digital in nature and are governed by the cancellation and refund terms outlined in this policy.

Once digital services have been delivered, accessed, or utilized (such as software deployments, consulting sessions completed, or custom development milestones achieved), they are considered consumed and subject to the terms specified above.

7. Refund Processing

Processing Time: Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The timing of when funds appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or account credits at our discretion.

8. Service Modifications

Craftheon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice. In the event of significant service changes:

  • Affected customers will be notified at least 30 days in advance
  • You may cancel your subscription without penalty if you do not agree with the changes
  • Prorated refunds may be offered at our discretion for annual subscriptions

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider:

  • Your account may be suspended immediately pending investigation
  • We will contest chargebacks that do not align with this policy
  • Future service may be denied for accounts with unresolved chargebacks
